Counselling can be an insightful tool into our behaviours, thoughts and feelings. It helps us to understand and move forward. Tyndall Counselling is built on the belief that we all have the ability to change and overcome the things that are making us unhappy.
In order to achieve this, sometimes we need to think about and reflect on our experiences by looking at them from a peak position. At other times, we need to get down into the depths of our emotions, to really feel and find a place where we can be our true selves.
Covid-19 has brought about a new and uncertain way of living for all of us and for many, this includes additional anxieties. If you’re experiencing health anxiety, struggles with OCD, issues relating to work, finances, stress, separation from loved ones or sadly, bereavement, then counselling may be a place where you can find support. I am currently offering face-to-face, online and telephone counselling sessions.
